Technical language cookie
NEXT_LOCALE · first party · maximum lifetime 180 days · path / · SameSite=Lax · Secure in production. Stores the selected language code (it, en or de). Managed by next-intl; it may be set when you select a language. It does not contain your name or email address.
Consent
Technical cookies do not require prior consent under Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Garante’s guidelines of 10 June 2021. Therefore no acceptance banner is displayed. The current code does not use localStorage, sessionStorage or fingerprinting to track visits.
External resources and caching
OpenStreetMap maps and weather APIs connect to the services listed in the privacy notice. An external connection is not itself a cookie, but still discloses IP address and metadata. Browser HTTP caching stores resources according to server headers and browser settings; the site does not use it for profiling.
Managing cookies
Use your browser’s privacy settings to inspect, delete or block cookies, including for this domain only. Deleting NEXT_LOCALE removes your language preference but does not prevent browsing. These settings do not automatically remove cookies saved by Iubenda on earlier site versions: you can remove them using your browser’s site data settings.
Changes to services
Adding nontechnical tools requires a new assessment, an updated notice and, where required, blocking tools until valid consent, with accessible refusal and withdrawal.
